The impact of t2 group in 2025

As we prepare to say goodbye to 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been a genuinely impactful year for t2, our learners, and the employers we support across the Health & Social Care and Leadership sectors.

We want to talk beyond the numbers. Because while data tells part of the story, the real impact of 2025 has been seen in careers taking shape, confidence growing, people stepping into leadership, and services becoming stronger in communities across the country.

Here’s what 2025 looked like at t2.

In 2025, we have supported thousands of learners and employers, helping to strengthen the care and leadership workforce at every level.

Total learners supported: 6,619

Apprentices progressing to a new Apprenticeship: 2,137

Employers supported: 2,338

Local economies supported: 104 regions across England

 

Supporting learners from entry-level to leadership

A key strength of t2 is the clear progression pathways we provide, and in 2025, progression was a major success story.

Our most popular Adult Care programme:

  • Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 3

Most popular Leadership & Management programme:

  • Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3

Most popular Diploma:

  • Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma

 

Supporting local communities across England

Throughout 2025, t2 worked with employers and learners across a wide range of local economies, supporting care services in urban, rural, and coastal communities alike.

Through flexible delivery models, remote and blended learning, and one-to-one support, we ensure learners can succeed wherever they are based.

Impact that reaches the workplace

Behind every number there’s a real person, someone gaining confidence, stepping into a new role, or building a long-term career in Leadership or Social Care.

In 2025, our Apprentices:

  • Progressed into senior care and leadership roles
  • Supported succession planning within their organisations
  • Helped employers reduce turnover through structured career pathways
  • Strengthened leadership capacity in frontline care services

One of the figures we’re most proud of this year is the number of learners who continued their journey with us.
